If you have Schizophrenia Printable Version

Schizophrenia does not have to be a life sentence - people can and do recover. Become aware of how it affects you personally, recognise your feelings and try to learn what triggers your illness. Gather people around you who are loving and supportive. Find out as much as you can about the illness and keep up to date with the latest developments. Know your rights and make sure they are upheld. And most importantly, be kind to yourself, you deserve it. There are many options for recovery, it is up to you to find the right one for your own particular circumstance.
